Service terms
Using kp imagine
These simple terms explain the basic rules for using kp imagine’s photo-animation service.
Last updated September 3, 2026
Your photos and permissions
Only upload photos and other material that you own or have permission to use. If an image shows another person, make sure you have the right and any consent needed to use it for animation. Do not use kp imagine to create unlawful, deceptive, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful content.
AI output and safety
kp imagine uses an AI video provider to create short animations. AI output can be imperfect, unexpected, or unavailable. The service and its providers may decline content that violates safety requirements. You are responsible for reviewing output before you save, share, or rely on it. Do not present an AI-made animation as real footage when that would mislead people.
Credits and results
Website credits are purchased through Stripe and Android credits, when available, are purchased through Google Play. A credit is used for a requested animation according to the app or website flow. Keep your recovery code private and save it before leaving the purchase flow. Because the wallet is anonymous, kp imagine cannot identify its owner without valid wallet access or recovery information.
Finished videos are intended to be saved or shared promptly. Saving through kp imagine removes the service copy so it is not kept available there. Do not rely on kp imagine as long-term cloud storage.
