What kp imagine processes

When you choose a photo, kp imagine processes the JPEG or PNG image and the animation video made from it. The service also processes the information needed to run a request, such as a generated job ID, a protected job-access token, the file name and size, a hashed IP address for abuse prevention, and technical error or delivery logs.

If you use animation credits, kp imagine processes an anonymous wallet ID and protected wallet token. Recovery codes and access tokens are stored server-side only as hashes where possible. The Android app keeps its device identity, wallet access, and active job access in Android secure storage so the app can recover a current request after it is reopened.

Why it is used

Photos are used to create the requested animation. Wallet and job access information is used to keep credits and results separated between people. IP hashes, request limits, and technical logs help prevent repeated free-trial abuse, fraud, and service failures. We do not require a customer account or profile to use the core service.

Service providers and payments

kp imagine sends selected photos to its video-generation provider, fal.ai, so it can create the requested video. fal.ai may host uploaded input and generated media under its own service terms and retention practices. kp imagine does not control fal.ai dashboard history or provider-side retention.

Website credit purchases are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment information needed to complete a website purchase; kp imagine receives payment-confirmation and transaction reference information needed to deliver credits. Future Android credit purchases will be handled through Google Play Billing. kp imagine will verify the purchase with Google before credits are added. kp imagine does not receive your full card number from Stripe or Google Play.

Retention and deletion

After you save a completed video through kp imagine, the service removes its own access to that video. Unfinished or unclaimed requests expire under the service retention rules. This does not promise deletion from a provider’s independent systems, backups, or dashboard history.

To request help with a specific request or to ask about deletion, email kpedits1984@gmail.com. Include the visible job ID if you have it, but do not email a wallet token, job-access token, recovery code, payment card information, or the original photo unless we specifically ask for a safe support method.

Security and your choices

The service uses HTTPS for requests between the app or website and kp imagine. Android uses the system photo picker and asks for photo or video permission only when you choose to select or save media. You can decline permission, but the related feature will not work. Keep your recovery code private: anyone with it can restore the related anonymous wallet.

kp imagine does not sell personal information. We may update this policy when the service changes. The current version will remain available at this address.
